Frequently asked questions
Can I choose the frame?
Yes. Available frame colours are listed in the framed print configuration. The preview changes the frame and proportions for the selected option.
Can I print a phone photo?
It may be suitable if it is sharp and has enough resolution for the chosen size. Send the original, not a screenshot or compressed copy.
Does the photo poster include a frame?
Photo posters and framed prints are separate products. For a framed result, choose the framed print and the frame option you want.
How do I check the price for my quantity?
On the product page, choose the size, material and items per pack. The table shows the tax-inclusive total and unit price. Additional finishing updates the price.
How much is delivery?
Delivery of printed products is free. Its cost is already included in the price, with no separate delivery charge.
Can I use my own artwork?
Yes. Match the file to the selected product dimensions. Check text, image quality and margins; foil or varnish needs a separate mask. See the file preparation guide for instructions.
Photo printing for home and work
Choose the position first and the size second. A print above a desk needs a different scale from one above a wide sofa. Mark out the proposed size with paper tape and view it from a few steps away. Use the original photo file rather than a small messaging-app copy.
Canvas, frame or poster?
Canvas brings a visible surface texture; a frame defines the composition; a photo poster gives you a lightweight print to display your way. The framed product lets you choose from available frame colours. The preview helps compare proportions and frames, but you still need to check the crop of your own file.
