A few checks before uploading can prevent extra revisions and make your order easier to prepare.
Start with the right size
Choose the product, size and orientation. Download the matching template if one is available. Bleed, safe margins and page arrangement should match the selected variant.
Check the words and images
Review phone numbers, dates and addresses. Inspect photos at their final size and check the text after export. Screens and print can reproduce colours differently; discuss a critical brand colour before production.
Give every file a clear name
Include the product, side and version, for example business_card_front_v2.pdf. Label foil and varnish masks separately. When ordering several designs, state which product and print quantity each file belongs to.
